Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But since international shipping costs vary, we handle each one via email. If you want to make a purchase, here's what you do:
1) Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you'd like to buy
2) We'll email you back with a confirmation of the shipping cost and the total cost of the order.
The shipping cost for international orders is $15 per package.
We'll always aim to give you the cheapest shipping option possible, but there will still be some cases where we'll need to ship in two separate packages. For instance, ordering a poster and print pack, for instance, will require two packages and cost more, compared to ordering two print packs or two posters.
3) Upon your agreement to move forward, we'll also set up a method of payment.
4) Once we ship out your order within 5 business days, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.
The poster I want is out of stock! What can I do?
You can sign up to be notified immediately once the poster is back in stock by going to the page of the sold out item and clicking on the sign-up link in the product description. Leave your email and you'll be the first to know when the poster is available again!
If you run into any troubles or want your poster ASAP and are willing to have it specially printed at additional cost, email us at email@example.com.
Are there any plans to make a second set?
Yes, though the timing for that is still to be determined. There is hope to add more sets with new buildings and/or themes, depending on where the interests lie. If you've got any suggestions, let us know! For now, the focus is to get this shop running smoothly and to gather feedback from our first batch of shipped Archigrams, so that we can make future sets even better.
